We met and agreed terms with the landowner in June 2020 and subsequently secured a consent for 5 bespoke family homes in August 2020.  We marketed the site alongside Howkins & Harrison and the disposal was completed in March 2021.  A very quick turnaround in less than 12 months from the initial meeting to a successful sale to Talbot Homes.
