Fernhill Estates began promoting this site in January 2019 and received full planning consent for three 4 bedroom dormer bungalows in November 2019.  This particular site had been refused and subsequently dismissed at appeal twice before we acquired it in 2019.

We implemented a bespoke planning strategy based on the principles of good design and we were able to bring the site to a successful outcome within 12 months. 

Set in the beautiful village of Great Bourton off a private drive, these four bedroom dormer bungalows are all set in quarter acre plots.  The large open plan kitchen/breakfast rooms, open out through two sets of glass bi-folding doors into the garden and patio areas.

We discovered there was a local need for single storey and "downsizing" homes within the village and we were able to deliver a planning consent that we are very proud of.
